Training Leaders of the Future |
Rajib Arohan and his gifted leaders have now trained and equipped over 300 leaders to serve in the church since the discipleship training program started in 1998. In 2019 a new and impactful dimension was realized with the addition of a school of worship. In 2021 the Asian Worship & Discipleship Training program graduated almost as many women as men, each one released to his or her gifting and calling. Since then, his trend has continued. It is an exciting season of growth for the church, and a new class of young, forward-thinking leaders is ready for the challenges that await them in 2025.
